Xaraya Theme/Module Upgrade script

This script will do much of the work to upgrade a theme or module from Xaraya 1x (Aruba) to 2x (Jamaica). See the code comments in XarayaJamaicaUpgrade.php for more information. The script is definitely not perfect and you will still need to do some debugging by hand -- particularly for modules -- but it should save some labor.
